Home prices come from Census/HUD (new homes, full history since 1963) and NAR via FRED (existing homes, limited to a recent rolling window). Household income comes from Census's CPS ASEC survey (official, through 2024), extended into 2025–2026 with an estimate scaled off BLS's average weekly earnings data since Census hasn't published those years yet.
